This collection was inspired by the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. The inspiration came after a lot of thought about sustainability within the fashion industry. My research led me to so many different places, but got me thinking about what it was we were trying to sustain: our natural resources. And what better way to represent them than with the Seven Natural Wonders? To keep up with the idea of sustainability, I used zero waste techniques to keep the fabric waste out of our landfills. This collection showed at VCU's fashion show in May 2016.
